Contest Rules
Organizer
La Résidence Légende is organizing a contest titled “La Roue Légendaire,” which will begin during its Open House event, held on September 20th and 21st from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Contest Duration
The “The Legendary Wheel” contest runs from September 20, 2024, at 10 AM until December 31, 2024, at 5 PM. Only entries submitted during this period will be considered valid.
Participation
Participation in the contest is open to any adult visiting La Résidence Légende between September 20th at 10 AM and December 31, 2024, at 5 PM. Only one entry per person or couple is allowed.
Contest Principle
Participants will have the opportunity to spin the Legendary Wheel during their visit. Each spin will result in an instant prize, subject to specific conditions associated with each prize.
Prizes
The prizes to be won include:
- One month of free rent * (see conditions)
- $500 moving credit * (see conditions)
- 15-meal card * (see conditions)
- A game at Champion Bowling
- Instant Chartwell gifts
- Daily draw entries
Prize Redemption Conditions
Prizes are instantly awarded to participants, subject to certain conditions:
- One month of free rent: Valid only for new residents signing a lease at Résidence Légende before December 31, 2024.
- $500 moving credit: Valid only for new residents signing a lease at Résidence Légende before December 31, 2024.
- 15-meal card: Valid only for new residents signing a lease at Résidence Légende before December 31, 2024.
- Instant gifts: Chartwell promotional items immediately awarded to participants.
- Daily draw entries: A draw coupon is given to participants for a gift basket to be won. The draw will take place at the end of the event on September 21 at 4:30 PM.
Participation Validity
Any attempt at fraud or cheating will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant.
Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules by the participants.

The personal information collected during the contest will be used exclusively for the organization and management of the contest. It will not be sold, exchanged, or shared with third parties without the prior consent of the participants.

Résidence Légende cannot be held responsible for any modification, cancellation, or postponement of the contest for reasons beyond its control.

Résidence Légende reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. The modifications will be published and accessible on-site during the event.
Disputes
Any dispute relating to this contest must be submitted in writing and sent to the address of Résidence Légende. In case of persistent disagreement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Résidence Légende’s head office.
